wah e ...todaes trg mostli runin man....haiz...dam tired of it...b4 trg when there earli to run 5 rund...after tt jiu rain sia...*pui*...den go in shelter tok tok den no rain go do runin again...diff type e abit tirin!!!after tt tot can rest ...nb e...geko ish 200m speed sia....2 time sumore...1st run i jiu peng liao...totalli nua lioa...2nd run run slower le..bth liao...argh....hate him arh!!!!den after tt do 1 curcuit lolz...oso can die sia...hole bodi nua nua no li e...as usual i slack lolz...dam faddup liao le...den da dui more faddup lolz...4 each team ply full...kns sia...da dui nt fun liao..hate it...as usual i stil slack!!!!!!!!after tt sir sae run again...wah lao..in my heart i was saein nb la...call us run u ur self sit there relac...dam qi lolz...took moix dics man run lolz....haiz...run til tears fell...moix heart seem to be bery heavy...actualli wana go fer few more runds budden i cant take e heavyness in moix heart jiu stop walk 1 rund e track lolz...haiz...after tt jiu end trg lioa...felt abit sry fer him cos no one pei him fer dinner...haiz...tt run moi heart was heavy and this ish wad my mind ish thikin..
